How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size/color, click “Add to Cart,” then go to checkout and enter shipping & payment details.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes! If you have a valid promo code (e.g. WELCOME10), you can apply it during checkout to get a discount.
How long will delivery take?
After you place an order and the payment is confirmed, we process it within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Can I cancel or change my order once placed?
Once your order moves into processing, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
If you want to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order (before it gets into processing) at myorder@smartexaa.com.
When will my order be delivered?
Once processed, your order will be shipped through our courier partners.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for updates to appear on the courier’s tracking system.
What is the time window for returns or exchanges?
You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
What condition should the items be in to be eligible for return?
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact
- If a hygiene seal is broken, we’ll be unable to accept the return.

What if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and, if valid, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.
